Year-long albums for your group
One place for photos from a whole year: classes, kindergartens, teams, camps, families or friends. Parents and legal guardians, group leaders and, in a family or friends album, its members add photos with a link or QR code. Everyone has them in one album.
Class photos get scattered across group chats, texts and social media. Quality drops, and nobody ends up with all of them.
How it works

You buy a package
Choose a package for 1, 3, 5 or 8 albums. It is a one-time private purchase, not a purchase by a school or business.

You create the albums
After you buy, your account has that number of free album places. You create the albums yourself and can add an editor.

Collect for a year
All albums in the package end together 365 days after payment. An album created later has only the time left until that shared end date.
Who sees what
Buyer
You buy in your own name and manage the free album places. A school or business is not the buyer.
Album owner
You give the link or QR code to people in the group and can hide or delete a photo. When you buy, you are the album owner.
People in the group
With the link they view the gallery and add photos in a browser. No app and no account.
Photo privacy
- Only people with the album link can see the gallery. The album owner gives out the link.
- You give the link to people in the group: parents and legal guardians of children, group leaders and, in a family or friends album, its members. Anyone who gets the link must not pass it on.
- We do not analyse photos or use face recognition for this product.
- We never publish your photos. The album page is hidden from search engines.
- Photos are stored on servers in the European Union, in Frankfurt, Germany.
- To have a photo removed, email team@albumqr.io. We remove it within 3 business days.

Every package
- After you buy, your account has the matching number of free album places. Unused places expire with the package.
- All package albums end together 365 days after payment; an album created later has fewer days.
- After that, you have 30 days to download the photos only. Then we delete them.
- This is a one-time payment. A separate renewal is optional.
A package contains separate albums, not several years for a single album.

The buyer creates an account. The buyer is the owner of the albums and creates the albums from the package themselves. An editor, if you add one, also has an account. Everyone else adds photos with a link or QR code, without an account.
Photos are visible to the album owner, editors and people in the group to whom the owner gave the link, for example parents and legal guardians of children or group leaders. Anyone who gets the link must not pass it on. The album owner can hide or delete a photo. You can add an editor, for example a second group leader or a parent.
The album is for people in the group: parents and legal guardians of children, group leaders and, in a family or friends album, its members. You give the link or QR code only to people aged 18 or over. The rules are in Annex 1 to the Terms of Service, Year-long albums.
The parent emails team@albumqr.io. We remove the photo within 3 business days.
One person buys the package, in their own name. Parents can pay that person back outside Album QR. On our site you pay by card.
